Keep Reading 'Dragons of Winter Night!

August 9, 2017

Our review for 'Dragons of Autumn Twilight' is complete, but our journey through Krynn is far from over. The second book in the series sees a marked change in terms of Weis and Hickmans' relationship to the game modules.  In they're previous  novel, TSR had already created the game modules, and the novel had to be tailored to fit that outline. But with the overwhelming success of Dragons of Autumn Twilight, Weis and Hickman where free to cut ties with the modules and go their own direction. One of the first changes they made was to split up the companions. In 'Dragons of Autumn Twilight', some of the Dungeons and Dweebs crew had issues with the large party size and 'module' feel. Will 'Dragons of Winter Night' free itself of those bonds and be a better book for it? Our review of this, the second book of the Dragonlance Chronicles Trilogy, will release at the end of the month. We want  to hear what you think. What are your thoughts and opinions on the second book. Email your thoughts and comments to: Dungeonsanddweebspodcast@gmail.com
